No more hold
music. Ever.
HoldGone waits on hold for you. We dial, we sit through the music, we survive the menus — and your phone rings the second a real human answers.
No subscription. No app. Pay per call, only when we dial.
An IVR menu, but for once it's on your side
Four steps. You do the first one. We suffer through the rest.
Tell us who to call
Pick the agency or company, give us the reason for the call and the phone number where we should reach you. Takes 60 seconds.
We dial from the cloud
The call happens on our lines — your phone stays free. Our system presses the right menu buttons and gets in the queue for the right department.
We eat the hold music
Twenty minutes or four hours — the machine doesn't care. If the line is busy, we redial until we get through. It never gives up and never gets annoyed.
A human answers. Your phone rings.
The instant we detect a live agent, we ask them to hold one moment — and ring you. You pick up, we bridge the calls, and you start talking at the only moment that ever mattered.

The hall of infamous hold queues

Questions people ask while on hold
How does HoldGone actually work?
You tell us who to call and why. Our system dials from the cloud, presses the right menu buttons, waits in the queue, and detects the moment a live person answers. It asks the agent to hold one second — and rings your phone. You pick up, we bridge the two calls, and you're talking to a human.
Does my phone stay free while you wait?
Completely. The call lives on our lines, not yours. Take other calls, watch a movie, sleep. Your phone rings exactly once: when there's a human worth answering for.
What if nobody ever picks up?
Then you pay nothing. If we can't reach a human, we retry later at no extra cost, or refund your $5. We only earn money when you talk to a person.
Isn't this what Apple Hold Assist / Google Hold for Me does?
Those are mute buttons. They run on your phone, keep your own line hostage, can't navigate menus, can't redial busy lines for hours, and can't work from your laptop. HoldGone does the entire call for you from the cloud — your phone joins for the four minutes that matter.
Is it legal?
Yes. You're authorizing us to place a call on your behalf — the same thing an assistant, a family member, or a secretary does every day. When we bridge you in, it's you talking.
Which countries do you support?
We're starting with U.S. numbers — federal agencies, airlines, banks, insurers and telecoms. More countries are coming.
